Father Purcell Memorial Exceptional Children’s Center is a 501(c) 3. Tax-exempt, non-profit, charitable organization, operated under the auspices of the Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile. (All contributions to are tax deductible for income tax purposes under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.)

Father Purcell Memorial Exceptional Children's Center (FPM) is a skilled pediatric nursing facility that provides a loving home to 58 developmentally disabled children. FPM is a ministry of The City of St. Jude Parish and the Archdiocese of Mobile.
